Kim Poplawski has been a full-time Realtor since 2003, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to every transaction. Throughout her career, she has continued her education and earned designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Senior Residential Specialist (SRS).

Kim moved to Denver in 2010 when her husband was relocated. Prior to that, she lived and worked as a realtor in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she was one of six real-estate partners to open a Keller Williams branch in Farragut, TN.

Today, Kim continues her passion for real estate in the Denver area at Metro 21 Real Estate's Summit Group, working with first-time homebuyers through retirees. She also specializes in move management and regularly supervises cross-country moves with a team of top relocation-industry experts.

The Personal Side

Kim lives in Thornton, Colorado, with her husband Joe and their two beloved dogs — a husky named Mya and a black lab named Marty. Together, they have six grown children and eight grandchildren.

When she's not helping clients find their dream homes, Kim enjoys:
